I’m pretty sure you are so excited about starting this journey but before you start there are a couple of things you will need to do and choose to help track your progress and give you the best results.
- If your focus is on improving your hair loss issues take pictures of the amount of hair you lost when you were combing/detangling
- If your focus is hair growth, do a length check
- If you are like me and want the best of both worlds take pictures of both
Taking pictures helps you track your progress. At the end of the challenge you want to see if this theory truly works or not so that you can continue right?
Choose how you’ll do the challenge
You can choose whichever option works for you and your schedule. Choose something that will make life easy for you so that you don’t lose steam and give up
Option 1. Wash day rinse
With this option you pour as much on the concoction all over your hair after shampooing. Wear a shower cap and sit for 1 hour or more. After this your rinse out the concoction, apply conditioner and continue with the rest of your wash day. If you like to kill two birds with one stone apply concoction on scalp, massage for 5min then apply conditioner, wear your shower cap and sit for an hr. If you shampoo your hair once a week, it means you will do the rinse once a week. Therefore for the whole challenge you would have performed 4 rinses
Make a leave in spray. You can add aloe vera gel and some oils to the concoction. Every night or every other night spray the mixture on your scalp, massage and go to bed. Be sure to wash your hair at least once a week for this options because well imagine the smell after a whole week lol
